RETURNS POLICY
Our returns policy covers a 30-day period from the date of purchase or sign-up for professional services. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase or service sign-up, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines). Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, business consulting services, downloadable software products, PDFs, images, Microsoft Word documents, self-help digital courses, and some health and personal care items.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted—for example, items with obvious signs of use, opened CDs, DVDs, software, or items not in their original condition due to reasons not caused by our error, or items returned beyond the 30-day period.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank or credit card account. If the issue persists, please contact us at helpdesk@jaxpaxtchnologies.com.
Sale items are eligible for refunds only if they are regular priced; sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at helpdesk@jaxpaxtchnologies.com for further instructions.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items over 1 Lakh INR, please consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
